When you leave
Upon your departure from the village, the Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator will start the process of licensing your villa to a new resident.
When the new resident has paid their Licence Fee, your refund is calculated, taking into consideration the deferred management fee and any capital gain/loss from the time you licensed your villa and you are paid your refund.
This process is explained in greater detail in the Public Information Document, which is one of the documents you receive when you are preparing to become a Kewarra Retirement Village resident.
